The funds may be used to underwrite the cost of travel, purchase of necessary equipment, supplies and language training.

The purpose of the Israel Grants is to provide supplemental financial aid to be applied toward educational and Jewish identity-strengthening programs in Israel. This partial grant reflects the Federation's desire to increase the number of those who will have the opportunity to go to Israel. This is a one time grant. However, if money is available, students may apply a second time.
